Ports to forward for various common services:

DNS TCP & UDP 53
File and Print Sharing TCP 139 & 445, UDP 137 & 138
Http TCP 80 (including RPC/Http e-mail)
Https TCP 443
FTP TCP 21
SMTP TCP 25
POP3 TCP 110
SharePoint TCP 444
PPTP TCP 1723
Remote Desktop 3389
RWW TCP 443 & 4125
TSWeb 80 & 3389 ( the default port 80 can be changed during the configuration)



VPN ports:

PPTP
  Forward TCP 1723
  Enable GRE, protocol 47 pass-through.  May be called VPN or PPTP pass through
 
L2TP over IPSec
  To allow IKE forward UDP port 500.
  To allow IPSec NAT-T forward port UDP 4500.
  To allow L2TP forward port UDP 1701.
  Enable IPSec protocols 50 ESP & 51 AH  pass-through.  May be called VPN or IPSec pass-through

IPSec
   To allow IKE forward UDP port 500.
   To allow IPSec NAT-T forward port UDP 4500.
   Enable IPSec protocols 50 ESP & 51 AH  pass-through.  May be called VPN or IPSec pass-through
